If a payment fails:

A payment update email is sent to the email address on file.

A second reminder email is sent if the payment is still not updated.

If payment is not updated within 7 days, access to the AI Pocket Mentor is removed.
Your data is preserved during this period, but you will not be able to access the AI Pocket Mentor until payment is resolved.
Restore Access
To restore access after a failed payment:

Go to:
soulpurposeinstitute.com/profile -
Sign in with your account email and password.

Navigate to Profile → Billing.

Update your payment method and confirm.
Once your payment is successfully processed, your AI Pocket Mentor access is restored.
